Inside Sales Representative

As part of the Sales Team at FaceTime, you will be responsible for closing sales with our Enterprise Customers over the phone. This is not a lead generation position and requires prior experience closing software sales over the phone.

At FaceTime, you will:

  • Act as an individual contributor with focus on large to mid-tier companies nationwide
  • Be responsible for building sales pipeline by meeting and exceeding direct sales quotas.
  • Create and maintain a database of contacts of current and future customers.
  • Provide follow up on sales activities
  • Establish account presence and build trust with key contacts
  • Analyze customer needs in terms of current business obstacles, identifying opportunities and scoping potential FaceTime solutions
  • Manage customer calls, web presentation and product demos using methodologies directed by management
  • Present and articulate advanced product features, benefits, future product direction and overall FaceTime solutions

In the past, you have:

  • Worked as an inside sales representative with mid-tier to large corporations
  • Developed excellent closing skills
  • Worked successfully in a team environment as a team player
  • Contributed to the overall success of the Sales Team
  • Have met or exceeded personal/team goals and quota
  • A high level of ambition and integrity
  • Good business judgment and instincts
  • Proven the ability to adapt well in a high - growth environment and contribute to the overall success of the company

Qualification/Necessary Skills:

  • A minimum of 3 to 5 years inside sales closing experience
  • Advanced level prospecting and qualification experience
  • Able to learn and understand product solutions and features
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills: able to talk to C-level or LOB audiences
  • Ability to understand customer's industry and core business processes
  • Strong needs analysis, positioning, business justification and closing skills
  • Effective sales, marketing and project management skills
  • Ability to work in a team environment
  • Ability to be flexible and self-sufficient
  • Minimum of a bachelor's degree
