Regional Sales Manager – UK

Location: UK, Reading based

Job Requirements / Description

The primary responsibility of the Regional Sales Manager - UK position is quota attainment through lead and opportunity generating activities focusing on direct and leveraging indirect sales resources to penetrate the top 250 accounts in the UK.

The candidate should have a demonstrable track record in developing and closing new business and be able to define, develop and execute against a business plan. Candidates must possess a strong work ethic, initiative and ability to grasp and articulate both technical and business benefits associated with FaceTime solutions. A high level of energy, activity and integrity along with the ability to work in a fast paced, rapidly evolving, demanding environment are essential for success. The position reports directly to the VP Sales EMEA.

Requirements:

  • Minimum of 10 years of Enterprise sales experience, with focus on new business sales.
  • Security / Messaging sales experience highly preferred
  • Proven and verifiable track record of consistent over quota achievement through new business.
  • Experience in leveraging local VARS, integrators and partners
  • Successful history of selling into F1000 customers within the UK market.
  • Strong written, verbal and presentation skills
  • Travel required within the territory
  • Experience in a pre-IPO company a plus
