experience in designing, developing, customizing and implementing large-scale
IM solutions for businesses.

The FaceTime Professional Services organization provides value added services
and solutions for FaceTime IMAuditor to help customers meet
their own requirements for regulatory compliance. These solutions/services
include the following:
Consulting Services and IM Auditing
Using subject matter expertise and intellectual capital, along with specific
technical tools (including the FaceTime
IMAuditor application), FaceTime can provide an audit of IM usage
inside your company. The intent is to monitor end-user usage without
communicating that an audit is taking place. This reduces the possibility of
changes in IM usage behavior patterns preventing the data from being skewed.
Registration and Authentication Services
We provide product extensions and customizations to help you authenticate users
of public IM within your organization. These extensions identify users against
an existing internal "directory service" (i.e. MS Windows NT, MS Active
directory, Kerberos, LDAP directory) to ensure IM usage and identity management
in your company.
Integration with Existing Compliance Systems and IM Networks
We provide product integration services that enable corporations to leverage
existing investments in messaging compliance systems. We're also able to
customize existing products to enable support for proprietary IM systems in
order to leverage key FaceTime product capabilities for auditing and reporting.
